Kentucky gets tough on DUI enhancement period.
Earlier this year the "look back" period for DUI enhancement was doubled from five (5) years to ten (10) years.
Our legislature is certainly getting tougher on DUI offenders in Kentucky. KRS 189A.010 was amended effective April 9, 2016.
